Fish on the move!

Half of the fish inside the shed have been moved to the south outside raceway as they were outgrowing their space in the inside shed. The race was prepared and the fish shifted across a week ago. They continue to grow and are looking healthy. Around 35,000 fish were shifted leaving about 40,000 still in the shed.

A "thank you" BBQ was held last Saturday for the winter egg picking teams. It was held at the Salmon Anglers bach at Rangitata reserve and was well received by all involved. It was a small way that the group could be thanked for their great help.
